The simplest way to get rid of existing power systems is to 
make them unnecessary.  

Chaotic Good is just a name for how we start.  

There is no plan for utopia, or vision for a specific future.  It is not 
necessary to figure out the whole thing at once.  Better to agree on 
things to be done now, here.
